Nakawa Buccaneers American Football Club, a subsidiary of Nakawa American Football Association (NAFA), We promote a professional community of athletes, educate those interested in the sport of American football, and enable them develop and demonstrate skills. We promote quality, discipline, teamwork, and transformation of the community at national and international levels with scholarships, endorsements, placements, and bursaries to learning institutions through partnership agreements and contracts in the United States, Europe, Africa, Canada, Jamaica, and Uganda. We create a a better future for young people by improving their employ-ability and key life skills through our sport and education-themed personal development programs. Our core values include quality assurance in service delivery, discipline of equality in distributing resources, teamwork, professionalism in all implementation strategies, and the assurance of the health and safety of employees and athletes.
